I am wondering if there is a rule of thumb for the size of the standard errors in partial profile designs, in the same way that there is for Alt-specific designs.

Are the attributes which are rotated through partially (seen in one choice set and assumed to be held constant across alternatives but unseen in another choice set) susceptible to having slightly higher SEs than the non-rotated/constantly shown attributes attributes. i.e would a SE level of 0.1 be acceptable or should the 0.05 error level still be the desired threshold for all attributes?
