Hi,

I'm rather new to AutoCAD. This is my first design actually. I have some experience with SolidWorks and I'm quite experienced with Sketchup and I'm already battling with the following problem for few days. Please help :)!

I'm trying to design a specific bolt with M8x1 threading. I have designed the body of the bolt and now its time for the threading. I followed few different tutorials and calculated the helix and the threading profile. However for whatever reason the profile wouldn't sweep over the helix. The only reasoning AutoCad gives me is error 40021, however there's nothing about it in the world wide web?

Any idea?
