I had been using Vivaldi.1.2.490.39 (64-bit) on Win 8.1 (64-bit); i realized i had not been receiving any auto updates for some time, and i tried to initiate a manual check/update. it gave: Update Error! An error occurred in retrieving update information; are you connected to the internet? Please try again later. ['Appcast XML data incomplete.'] i assumed something was wrong with release '.39'. i downloaded release '.43' (64-bit) manually, uninstalled the older release, rebooted the computer, and installed the new release. checking for update gave the same result. so, can i assume that something broken ?

Any idea?
