Hi,

I have searched the forums and found that to download pics you select the folder they reside in and right click download. I did this and saw the zip file created. Still got the error message Failed - Server problem, which is the same error I got when I tried to individually download them before. I took them on my phone and saved to my google drive so I could use them on my laptop.

Any idea?
